You can now own a piece of floating real estate! ArkPad opened their Reef Resort in The Philippines in September 2025 and will build their second location near Próspera on the Island of Roatán.

ArkPad is dedicated to essential seasteading principles of voluntary participation and ownership, market-driven development, modular structures, and experimentation in governance. They are building the pathway toward long-term ocean habitation.

1. Samal Reef Resort – Philippines (Now Open)

Opened in September 2025, Samal Reef Resort is built by Arkpad and currently hosts guests, events, and owner stays. This project serves as a living demonstration that floating infrastructure can be economically viable, environmentally mindful, and attractive to the broader public—not just seasteaders.

Owner income generation has begun
First distribution cycle scheduled for January 2026

Arkpad-D units will be added to the site by Q1 2026

2. Reef Resort Roatán – Honduras (Pre-Selling)

Roatán is our next major site, designed with a focus on Honduran waters deployment and next-generation floating hospitality.

In the coming months, the ArkPad team will release technical briefs for Arkpad-D, construction updates, engineering notes on wave studies, structural load testing, and marine durability, and opportunities for collaboration with entrepreneurs and ocean innovators.
