How about publishing a list of attendees who’ve confirmed their participation?
We have a list like that for Ephemerisle (where users can add themselves), but not for the conference. We could start a wiki page if people are interested. Last year, a lot of people didn’t register until the week before the conference, so I dunno how useful a list would be.
