Many of you would agree that our current forums could use some improvements. We intend to do an upgrade of some sort soon. The question is, to what?
I have just enabled a feed for all comments on the site. Most importantly, this will include all replies to forum messages, so you can keep track of all the forums with a single feed. I’m not sure if it also contains initial forum posts, but if not, you can get them with this feed.
In the forums, tannerpittman asks whether seastead communities would attract undesirable elements like organized crime, or be unpleasant to live in because of all the vice shops:
For those (like me) who prefer using RSS to going to a webpage, we now have RSS feeds for the forum. At the top level, there is a feed of all new topics in all forums:
Thanks for all the bug reports on website issues like broken links. Most of them have been fixed, except for users not being able to create new forum threads. Our programmer will fix that tonight, and for now I’ll start some threads. If you find more problems, please comment here.
UPDATE: I think I fixed the forums issue, let me know if you still have trouble.
