[Color-coded EEZ data layer](http://www.justmagic.com/_externsite/GE/World_EEZ.kmz)
So this is sourced from VLIZ. Do you know what version of the shapefiles it used? They just released version5 in October of 2009.
The one I posted on this link is from here, which uses version3.
Like the color coding….
