- <p>Dear development team, </p>, <p><strong>I am most interested a hybrid alternative to a democratic system of government.</strong> (<em><strong>Mick McNeill</strong></em> (R.G.N., BA (hons), MA.))</p>, <p>I am an academic and qualified nurse and counsellor with a first degree in Peace and Conflict Studies ((B.A. (Hons)) and a Masters degree in Peace and Conflict Studies (M.A.) from the UN Peace University of the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland - a province which is currently successfully struggling out of political violence.</p>, <p>My special interest in our shared and most wonderful subject (that being, what I describe as, "Off-worlding - On World") is the development of an anti-sabotage system and more particularly the development of community governmental agreements to proactively prevent dispair and revolution at the same time as standing strongly against any attempts to establish the much more obvious quasi-military-naval system of government.</p>, <p>In sum quite possibly... something which equates to and with the ideas of "Sustainable", yet with a proactive, info-sharing damage limitation system which avoids militarism.</p>, <p>Yours in endeavour, </p>, <p>Mick McNeill (formerly of Northern Ireland in the UK and now located in Vienna, Austria).</p>
