An oligarchical technocracy - leadership in each speciality area determined by skill and ability alone, overall coordination (the equivalent of politcal leadership) in the hands of an intelligensia., Pursuit of achievements which lift and advance society, rather than simply maintain institutions and systems, to be the first and utmost aim., Official systems in place to prevent the public from being misled by false information, conspiracy theories, fantasy masquerading as fact, and predatory commercial practices., Pooling of national resources to allow equitable distribution and supply of essential nutrition, housing, education and medical treatment, but no restriction on the accumulation of individual wealth after the compulsory national contribution., No private vehicles - transport to be a utility like water or gas - which would encourage local community activity and eliminate the negatives of pollution, traffic, raod accidents, the tertiary industries connected with maintenance and repair of vehicles, and the wastful costs of fuel., Corporations to pay employees with equity as well as cash, to endow workers with ownership rights and future assets., Defence against external threats to be provided by allies (ie, an import); national service to provide personnel for domestic policing and border controls., Crime to be punished by public humiliation, attachment to a civil works program and/or exile to place of origin if applicable, but trials to be conducted privately (no publication of names) to protect the rights of the accused.
