simple logic.. but inginious as long as more force is applied to turning then it is applied to pushhing back the whole thing. Obviously its the case if it can start moving. if it moves.. the wind is faster compared to turbines. then the turbines turn faster.. if same applies then more acceleration. If you “hit” fluids faster they are less fluid so one can expect increase in thrust.. the thing would just accelerate as long as it can.. heating would change some stuff.. friction would be less..
