As for an immediate business use, why not “lease” it to Blueseed? To me, it looks perfect for their business model since all they’ll have to do now is just refit it according to their needs. They’ll save $$millions on their initial capital expenditure which is BUYING a vessel.

Its amazing someone did that for TSI. I just hope it has the best outcome. If they sold the ship at market value they could have a real Bergstead. A brand new concrete structure that constitutes a REAL seastead!
