Dewanand of the Netherlands

Namaskar all seasteading people,

I find this project very interesting, because I live in the Netherlands and I write many things. As the sealevel is rising, it could be wiser for the Dutch to move out to the sea shores, because then they do not need to build expensive defense systems against the sea anymore.

My main interest in this project is because I do some futuristic research to go writing HIndu Science fiction novels coming years. And living on the oceans is a very interesting thing for me, to include it in my stories. My goal would be to describe huge Hindu cities on the ocean, around the year 2500 or earlier. The possibilities are numerous and we humans do have all technology or we wil be able to develop it in future.

Another thing about myself.

I am born in Surinam and now I am Hindu (indian origin), living in Delft city. I studied at the Delft University of Technology, but now I am a fulltime HIndu writer. This month, april 2008, I published at least 15 books (all in Dutch language) in printed format, through an american pod publisher, see link:

But coming years I have planned to write in English only, to reach out my 1 billion HIndu brothers and sisters and the rest of humanity on this tiny planet. I reincarnated on this planet after thousands of years to finish one holy carmical goal, as a devoted Hindu writer. At this moment I am researching the possibility to develop a futuristic version of Hinduism and the Vedical philosophy and I will publish my early inventions on my website, Critical Podium Dewanand (English section will be launched within a few months, at this moment there are almost 1.3 million written words of myself on this huge site in Dutch)

I will visit this forum frequently, because I do love the concept and idealism of sea communities. It could be the real future, just as the movie Waterland.

May Altecrea bless all of you,

Dewanand
