Thank you very much. Once people see some of those waves they will start to understand just how massive and dangerous they can be.

Similarly, the wave in the last couple oil platform videos show how structures with small sea surface cross section (i.e. the towers) are largely immune to large waves.

Sounds logical.  We may even be able to come up with some sort of technology to send out a pulse to nullify some of the height of those waves... similar to "white-noise" emitted to cancel the frequencies of unwanted sounds.
