Sea Stead City would like midpoint from CA to HI & would carry bulk of Hwy brdige with submerged pontoons from shore CA side to shore HI side.

The bridge would rise & fall with the tides & currents.

Turn Outs would have ladders to dock for MedEvac & some Helipads.

Role model: Bridge to Keys from Miami FL.

Below the bridge can be a Tube to house a Bullet RR Train to HI.

Train speed: 400 mph.

The tubs would be pneumatic sealed.

Surface traffic would be 10 lanes both directions.

The surface structures include:

CCTV Towers for Traffic & Security

Rest stop Modules

Solar PV arrays

Helipads

Ethanol fuel stations, other.

Hotel @ Sea Stead city site.

Auto Services on City center

Yacht marina on bridge.

Medical Aid center every 100 miles, 50 miles??

Modified ferries can remove cars & take to Main City core.

Or place on TransOcean ferry to HI direct.

( see Vic BC Ferries to Seattle WA).

Whole bridge is Prefab.

Below Train Tube can be a huge Aquaculture Farm area covering 1K sq sea miles space along bridge route.

Car speed X bridge is 80 mph min.

Cars would be checked before leaving CA & HI for bridge use.

The bridge end nexus would be Oahu No.
