    No nation claims this land. I bet enough dollars would allow the neighboring nations to agree they don’t want to claim it in the future and allow access.

    It is not in the water, but that could be a perk too for some situations.

    Anyone want to persue it?

    then again it is right smack in the middle of BFE with virtually no water and an alquida hotspot………

    maybe not the best idea.
