    True or false…

    Monocrystalline is worth the extra money in the case of a seastead because for off-the-grid usage having good low light performance becomes much more important.

    1. You get more power

    2. Easier on the expensive batteries.

    Internet reveals monocrystalline in the same price range as polycrystalline…

    If I remember right, they do have the disadvantage of slowly losing power over time. The warranties look pretty good though so it can’t be that bad.
