There are many people around the world with enough knowledge to make a Seasteading project a reality. Naval Engineering, Biology, and Meteorology Departments might be interested in research about creating a Seasteading and the interactions of the built project with its environment. There are tons of questions and worldwide Scientific groups could answer them. We could try to contact Science, Engineering, and Medicine Departments to interest them in our project. Those members making graduate studies could talk with their professors to try a thesis around this idea.
There could be actually some reserves because of their ideas in Politics and Economics. If we forget for a minute our ideas about Libertarianism, we could manage Seasteadings as an academic challenge, maybe as a Sci-Fi approach. Promoting the idea at College level, we could fin people interested in trying new and different perspectives. What do you think?
