I have included the term “aquatories” in Part A of the Constitution of Las Portadas. It now reads as follows:

This portion (Part A) of the Constitution of Las Portadas may not be altered or amended under any circumstances.

    • All activities of Las Portadas shall be specified in this Constitution
    • The jurisdiction of Las Portadas over any community or territory, or portion thereof, shall be limited to activities that are authorized on an individual, contractual, and voluntary basis.
    • The principal governing document for all territories and aquatories underwritten by Las Portadas shall be the Constitution of the Autonomous Freezone of Aquia.
    • The master lease for all single-owner multiple-tenant properties that are underwritten by Las Portadas both within and outside the territories of Aquia, that have populations exceeding 100 persons, shall be the ClubStead Master Lease.
    • All interpersonal relationships and private or business activities underwritten by Las Portadas shall require signature of and adherence to the Civil Order Pact and/or The Covenant of Unanimous Consent.

Of course, your input is welcome – both in this forum and on the wiki:

I would like to see Las Portadas play a big part in the germination of the SeaSteading movement, in insuring and providing security for participating vessels and platforms, and in broadening its libertarian base.

This is great! I hope this truly happens! I would be there in a jiffy! Very interesting indeed.
