| OCEANOPOLIS | flexible solar panels on the market already and they are pretty light and quite cheap. http://www.siliconsolar.com/flexible-solar-panels.html, http://www.powerfilmsolar.com/, http://www.mrsolar.com/content/flexible-solar-panels.php, etc. My idea is to link them in order to form a “solar sail” that can be rollefurled in the mast. See SOLARSAILSTEAD . |

| Terraformer | As far as independence goes, Sealand haven’t had many problems, and he isn’t taxed by the British government. I don’t think they’ll bother with a few small seasteads declaring themselves nations, and the only thing different is that your Wikipedia page will say Micronation as opposed to Nation-State. |

| Jack | this is the 3rd time im just trying to post a damnd link from THIS FORUM & the security software is giving me trouble & changes the damnd code just before i post & it looses it some how i get a damnd blank page! I only wanted to say, its possible to do in the UK EEZ but you have to play smart, & play along with the costal powers just so long as you get what you want, i dident figure it out untill the end of my post how. As i was wring a post to help people skip UK EEZ for potential Seasteads because of the new laws & regulations they brought out as you will see. seasteading.org/interact/forums/research/philosophy-and-law/seasteading-uk-laws |
