    HI there everyone!

I’m only 15 years old and going into my software year, however, I was hoping to get away from all the corruption and find a way to “start new”. Seasteading seems to be the way to go, to leave corruption and to try to right all the worngs done is this screwed world. I am hoping (depending on the population of each sea stead) that we can have some sort of republic where EVERYONE has an equal vote on what goes on, as this can play a huge roll in minizing corruption and not giving any one person or group to much power!

I am really excited about this whole idea and after college would definieley like to move onto one of these (it would be awesome if there were univeristies on the seasteds though!)

Heya, welcome to the forums Sickor. Nice to see some younger members to round out our demographics =) As for your republic(technically a democracy), just remember that TSI exists to help create Seasteads of any sort. And that the members are only in agreement on the fact that seasteading(in it’s many forms) is good for the world. So you might find some people who agree or disagree with your political views.

Don’t be disheartened though, just work towards building your view of the perfect system one day.

You’ll find a broad range socio-political and economic thinking here! Good luck!
