Hello everyone my name is Patrick and like everyone here I’m very interested in making seasteading a reality. I live in clearwater florida so if there are any people on the forums out this way let me know and maybe we can collaberate on some ideas. I plan to try to build a small scale seasteading project at some point in the future so I hope to meet others here and share ideas.

I am right up the road from you in Hudson.
I am currently working on a Seastead concept. I live on the gulf and will be doing my testing here.
One of my early steps will be trying some tourist type of income from the Clearwater area. Something like night time camping and resort facilities as well as fishermen hangout.
Cool! If you need an extra pair of hands when it comes time to start building Id be happy to help you. I have a few project ideas myself and I think the only way we can make any seastead project come to life is by helping each other.
