    seen lot’s of these manmade coral reefs, but never realized that some of them were using juice. This is the same tech i use to de-rust iron and steel stuff. Only i have to add washing soda to the water, and hook up the – to the rebar cathode. This sacrifices the rebar for the doror iron atoms, but removes oxide, and basically replates the steel. Wondering if it also nueturalizes peroxides that are abundant in the ring of fire areas.
