    The Dutch are usually in the frontier of building on water.

    After Floating Gardens Spa in Amsterdam and the floating Modular Ark designs, this floating neighbourhood has actually recently been built:

    yesh, the “Modular Ark” design, seem to have been made by people that like making patios.

    Though It’s kinda cute, kinda orwellian with the transparent walls and everything,

    I’m pretty sure there was a book about translucent concrete for spying on people,

    maybe it was Ayn Rand or some other Socialism satirist.

    but yes, still a relevant find, since they are floating stuctures.
