Dedicated Ephemerisle subforum /forum?

IT would be handy if there was either a separate sub forum, or a forum on the Ephemerisle website specifically for ephemerisle discussion. That way people who where going could see what kind of things were getting organized that they might want to be involved in, and wouldn’t have to wade through unrelated posts. I don’t mind setting this up if no one else has the time. oh, and if we could get polling options for this forum, we could see if anyone actually cares about this idea…. |

You’re right, an Ephemerisle board is needed. I have mixed feelings about starting one on seasteading.org — I wouldn’t want to entrench the Ephemerisle community on a site dedicated to a wider variety of seasteading topics, and then try to get them to move. Also, people were slightly confused last year when clicking on a link to our wiki from ephemerisle.org and landing on the seasteading wiki with no indication of Ephemerisle on most of it. A reworked Ephemerisle website is not long off… If there’s enough demand for Ephemerisle boards immediately, maybe we can bump the deployment of some new forums up in priority. I don’t actually moderate these forums actively so I’m not sure how to set up polls. I should find out. |
