there have been dozens of cancer cures around for a long time.

    just a random selection:
    ozone
    h2o2 (hydrogen peroxide)
    vit C mega doses
vit D mega doses (also know as sunbathing)
    fasting/juicing/raw diet
    hemp oil
    colloidal silver
    electro-magnetic currencies
    essiac tea
    bloodroot paste

they’re all effective, powerful and safe with ozone being the most powerful one since it’s based on dr. otto warburg’s nobel prize awarded finding from 1931: that all cancers exist because of a lack of oxygen. ozone (O3) – being an active form of oxygen (O2) – cannot NOT kill cancer. it’s a law of nature.
all of them have been either suppressed, marginalized or ridiculed.
oncological wards today are money-making machines run on the same basis as concentration camps during WW II: once you enter them, you’re declared as doomed to die and pumped with lethal toxins to make sure the diagnosis comes true. the only difference btw now and 70 years ago is that back then the nazis had to commit their crimes in hiding. now they have brainwashed us to the point that we line up and beg and throw tens of thousands of dollars at them so they can pump mustard gas into our veins. now that’s pure marketing genius.

Most cancers are just undifferentiated (stem) cells, that get in places where the body doesn’t know what to do with them. There have never been any reported case of cancer in the skeletal muscle tissue, because when a stem cell gets there, the body differentiates it into muscle tissue, and it goes on it’s merry way. Some of these “cures” may remove/prevent some cell damage, which makes it less likely that an undifferentiated cell will take up residence, but there is no study stating that these can/will alter the body’s ability to differentiate cells in places where our body chemistry doesn’t already.

And, yes… I know I’m just responding to spam, but this is a topic on which I have VERY close affiliations, and I rarely allow myself to remain silent when someone or something spouts ignorant snake-oil claims as fact.

FYI, I’ve looked at all of this user’s posts, and I don’t think he is a spammer, just rather over-enthusiastic and link-happy on a number of subjects. If I thought he was a spammer, his posts would already be gone.

    Thor,

He’s no spammer… judging this post by itself I was inclined to think him one as well.

On the cancer topic I’m with you… if you’ve never been effected by the reality of cancer it’s hard to understand. Those of us who have been here take it very seriously. The truth is there is no silver bullet for cancer, it kills and can do so in a brutal and painful fashion. Claims to the contrary are usually schemes to seperate desperate people from their money.

Death eventually comes to us all, best make peace with one’s maker now so that when death does come to your door you will not be afraid to open it. Either that or invest millions into the Methuselah Foundation. =) (sorry, couldn’t resist)

    Live Well!

I obviously jumped the gun on that comment, and for that I apologize. However, until shown reasons otherwise, that is the only portion of my comments for which I will do so.

There was an interesting article on Physorg recently, about a study claiming cancer is primarily man-made and due to environmental factors.

    Highlights include:

    Physorg wrote:
Finding only one case of the disease in the investigation of hundreds of Egyptian mummies, with few references to cancer in literary evidence, proves that cancer was extremely rare in antiquity. The disease rate has risen massively since the Industrial Revolution, in particular childhood cancer – proving that the rise is not simply due to people living longer.

Evidence of cancer in animal fossils, non-human primates and early humans is scarce – a few dozen, mostly disputed, examples in animal fossils, although a metastatic cancer of unknown primary origin has been reported in an Edmontosaurus fossil while another study lists a number of possible neoplasms in fossil remains. Various malignancies have been reported in non-human primates but do not include many of the cancers most commonly identified in modern adult humans.

It has been suggested that the short life span of individuals in antiquity precluded the development of cancer. Although this statistical construct is true, individuals in and Greece did live long enough to develop such diseases as atherosclerosis, Paget’s disease of bone, and osteoporosis, and, in modern populations, bone tumours primarily affect the young.

Another explanation for the lack of tumours in ancient remains is that tumours might not be well preserved. Dr. Zimmerman has performed experimental studies indicating that mummification preserves the features of malignancy and that tumours should actually be better preserved than normal tissues.

[Professor David] concluded: “Yet again extensive ancient Egyptian data, along with other data from across the millennia, has given modern society a clear message – is man-made and something that we can and should address.”

Just something I came by in the news, I won’t bother debating the legitimacy of the claims made.

Cancer can be cured by anti-oxidants found in fruits and mushrooms.
