do we think that people living on houseboats are seasteaders?
I don’t. They aren’t on the sea. They are in sheltered waters, usually tied right up to a dock in a marina, and rarely more than a few meters from land.
Now tow a houseboat out into the high seas, drop an anchor, and live there for a while and you will get an official “I am a seasteader” badge from me.
