Wonder how Blueseed will get all their non US people on the ship to start. Bring them in to Mexico then to the ship? Without some sort a visa they can not land in San Fran.

Only people coming from the ship to the bay area will be management and I bet they are not ferried out, but flown.

That would be nice, but how does it get funded without a commercial aspect?

Is it going to be just people who can live off their investments without needing a source of earned income?

Not many people are going to be able to an on-shore job from off shore. For example, for me personally, if the seastead is far enough off shore that the internet link starts getting any significant lag time (such as being relayed through a satellite), it becomes unusable for me.

Mine is a new government, , somewhat like an enclave.

Governments are derived from the words for steering,

I’m thinking of getting my political stuff in a website entitled steerlife,

the slogan for my political campaign is “steer your own life”, so I thought it would be appropriate.

Also I could actually ride in many ridings if I’m a write-in candidate, Logan Streondj of the Pirate Party.
