An open mind is not an excuse for abject stupidity, thinking that people will act in a way they have never acted before. In the world of reality, doing stupid things isn't a good idea; they can often get you killed. Delusions (A false belief or wrong judgment held with conviction despite incontrovertible evidence to the contrary) and hallucinations (The apparent, often strong subjective perception of an object or event when no such stimulus or situation is present) are not a method for planning my life, thanks. Nor is attributing to innanimate objects mystical powers.

You live your life the way you choose, I'll do the same. I doubt our paths will cross (unless you come into my ED). You make your fate, I'll live to tell the tale.
