I think that has to do with your sensitivity to political oppression, as well as how people individual benefit from the current system. If you’re a government worker with a great salary and pension, you’re probably gungho about the system. If you’re a small business person, you probably hate it.

It’s interesting. I think I read a couple of places Patri talking about “competition for people.” Well, that part of the experiment may prove to be extremely fascinating. I’m guessing something like this could create a major brain drain of creative, talented people. That class of people who are sensitive to oppression also tend to be very talented and creative. That’s what I’ve found.
