Temporary shutdown of seasteading.org forums

Greetings seasteading.org forum users:

We are going to temporarily shutdown the forums beginning on Friday, Dec 23. We hope to have the forums live again by the second week of January, 2012. This temporary halt is due to our website upgrade and migration.

We apologize in advance if this causes you any inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding.

Thank you for your active participation in the forums and we look forward to providing you with this space to discuss your seasteading related ideas again shortly.

    Due a change in plans (which will give additional functionality on the new site), the shutdown of the forums has been pushed back for about a week.
